Sally Phelan was a young bride-to-be. She was upgraded to a Cyberman, and tried to attack the Doctor and Mrs Moore. Mrs Moore activated an electromagnetic pulse bomb (EMP), and the Cyberman fell down. The Doctor pulled away the Cyberman's emotional inhibitor before she died.
