i got it!.. after seeing the big bang i got why the doctor asked amy about the duck pond. It is a reference to her name. there couldnt be an emilia pond without the parents named pond. ...-87.142.145.12 11:05, June 27, 2010 (UTC)

In DW: The Eleventh Hour , The 11th Doctor asked Amy how she knew it was a duck pond if it didn't have any ducks. Amy - dressed up as a police woman - answered that there weren't any ducks in there ever. Maybe the duck pond without any ducks has something to do with the cracks in time, and they came back once the cracks were sealed.Nev and gizmo 06:44, August 7, 2010 (UTC)
