Jocrassa Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen is a memberof the family Slitheen that tried to destroy Earth in 2006. He posed as the Prime Minister of Great Britain, Joseph Green, after killing the previous Prime Minister, as well as Green himself. He was killed when a nuclear missile hit 10 Downing Street.
