A Romantic Evening (short story) was a Brief Encounter short story printed in DWM 187.
Summary
Alistair and Doris Lethbridge-Stewart are looking through their wedding photographs one evening when the Doctor suddenly appears in some of them. But Alistair and Doris both known that he wasn't there – unless the Doctor has somehow managed to alter time so that he could attend after all...
