Cline was the leader of a couple of soldiers encountered by the Tenth Doctor, Donna Noble and Martha Jones on the planet Messaline where he was fighting against the Hath.
Biography
When Cline saw that the Doctor's hands were clean, he forced him to process his DNA in a , creating Jenny, the Doctor's daughter. [statement unclear] Cline's father and grandfather had fought the Hath.
Cobb put the Doctor, Donna and Jenny in a cell to prevent them stopping his attempt to reach The Source. Cline was given the job of guarding them. Jenny tricked him into opening the cell by kissing him through the bars and stealing his gun. Cobb later found Cline tied up, gagged and embarassed; Cline next joined the search for the Source. After Jenny's death, Cline asked the Doctor to help them give her a proper ceremony.
