This Ganger was a clone created from the Flesh, in the image of a 22nd century Earth acid miner named Jennifer Lucas
Soon after having been created, Jennifer became independent due to a solar tsunami severing the link between her and the original. Still believing herself to be the real Jennifer, she was soon found along with the rest of the original team. Soon afterwards, accompanied by Rory, she shifted into a half-Flesh form and became aware of what she really was. She attacked Rory and followed him after he fled, losing sight of him soon afterwards. Jennifer later searched her belongings, reminiscing about her memories, and was found by Rory. She admitted she had feelings for him, and pleaded for recognition as a human and his help.
She was later present when Gangers and humans met, and witnessed Buzzer's Ganger being killed. She called on her fellow Gangers not to trust the humans, fled and prepared to fight them for their right to live. She searched for the original Jennifer and killed her by pushing her off one of the monastery's towers to the courtyard below. (DW: The Rebel Flesh / The Almost People)
The Ganger became increasingly more violent and psycotic due to the collective memory of the Flesh overloading her mind with the pain of all the deaths of its Gangers. She planned to have the Gangers kill all the humans, then pose as their counterparts and ride the rescue craft to the mainline, where she then intended to incite Ganger revolution worldwide.
Jennifer used some of the Flesh to create another Ganger of herself, killing it in order to gain Rory's trust, using him to trap the humans in the acid room. However, the Eleventh Doctor was able to reach the humanity in the other Gangers, causing them to abandon Jennifer's plans.
Having now become completely insane, Jennifer altered her body into a monstrous form, killing Dicken, and attempted to kill everyone else. She was killed by the Ganger Doctor, who used the sonic screwdriver to emit a pulse that destabilised the Flesh, at the same time killing himself and the Ganger Cleaves. (DW: The Almost People)
