Novelisations of Doctor Who television stories were published by Target Books from 1973 to 1994.
The list below shows the first publication only (in the UK) of each television based novelisation.
Release numbers are based on later editions for most of the early releases.
The first three novelisations were all reprints. No. 4, Doctor Who and the Auton Invasion, was the first original Target novelisation.
No new novelisations were published in 1992, 1993 or 1994, only reprints of the older titles, often with new covers.
