Oswald Fox was a resident of Poseidon 8.
Biography
When the sickness struck, Oswald locked down the entire community in order to prevent it from spreading before he could evacuate the entire commuity to the surface through life pods. He stopped after the Eleventh Doctor informed him that they would be infested with Vashta Nerada. Later, when the trans-dimensional gate (which the sickness and Vashta Nerada came through) was closed, he saw the Vashta Nerada disappear from the escape pods and later admitted that his attempt to evacuate was idiotic. As a peace offering, he asked the Doctor and Amy Pond if they wished to join him for Christmas dinner--sea pumpkins--but later saw them leave in the TARDIS. (VG: Shadows of the Vashta Nerada)
