Born 18 June 1945, Lucia Moretti was an Italian Torchwood agent.
Biography
She joined Torchwood on 18 July 1968. Her career lasted to 1977. She was a lover of fellow agent Captain Jack Harkness. Lucia and Jack had two daughters, Melissa Moretti and Roseabelle Harkness.
