Lord Percival Tubbs was husband to Lady Tubbs Together they lived in Croxton Hall. Their wedding was attended by the Tenth Doctor who frequently attended their annual wedding anniversary parties. Lord Tubbs was a horologist (a collector of clocks) and had built up an impressive collection which he stored in the Clock Room of the house on the ground floor.
