4-X-Alpha-4 was an extragalactic star system which contained the homeworld of the Movellans as identified by Romana. (DW: Destiny of the Daleks)
- As it is suggested in EDA: War of the Daleks that the Movellans were created by the Daleks, it could be that their homeworld or even 4-X-Alpha-4 itself were under Dalek rule.
