Wilfred Mott was an elderly [[[London]] stall owner and the grandfather of companion Donna Noble. He is the father of Sylvia Noble.
Biography
Wilfred was residing in an abandoned newspaper stand in London at Christmas at a point where Earth was aware of alien life and the threat they pose especially at Christmas. He claims to be the only person who has remained in London apart from Queen Elizabeth II as everyone else has fled to the countryside. The Doctor and Astrid Peth talked to him about why London was abandoned. He was angered by the Titanic hurtling over London.
