This Operative worked with Johnson in taking down Torchwood Three.
In 2009, he intercepted Torchwood's files and told Johnson that Clement MacDonald, whose name hadn't been active since the time of the first 456 encounter 44 years earlier. (TW: Children of Earth: Day One)
When Gwen Cooper and Rhys Williams became fugitives, he traced them withdrawing money from Rhys' account, allowing the British government to freeze it. (TW: Children of Earth: Day Two) After an explosion at Cardiff Bay, he intercepted Alice Carter's phone call to Cardiff Bay police where she mentioned Jack Harkness' name. He traced Alice's location and identified her the daughter of Jack and Lucia Moretti under deep cover. (TW: Children of Earth: Day Three)
