Ven-Garr was one of the Harvest Rangers found on a planet in 5345. He had mother-issues.
When Madge Arwell was caught in the forest, Ven-Garr unsuccessfully scanned her for weapons. When Droxil tried to interrogate her, she started crying, upsetting Droxil as well.
