Geoffrey Palmer, OBE (born 4 June 1927) played Masters in DW: Doctor Who and the Silurians, the Administrator in DW: The Mutants, and Hardaker in DW: Voyage of the Damned. He is known especially for his comic roles on British television in his over fifty-year career. He is the father of director Charles Palmer and the father-in-law of Claire Skinner.
