Kro'ka was a being that controlled the various zones within the Divergent Universe and a slave of Rassilon. (BFA: The Creed of the Kromon, Caerdroia) He was thus occasionally called the "interzone guardian" by the Eighth Doctor. (BFA: The Last) Kro'ka's appearance was entirely controlled by Rassilon. At one point, it had two hands. (BFA: The Next Life)
