Later that day The Doctor arrived at her home claiming that the blue box was his. Later when [[Lucius Petrus Dextrus]] arrived he brought with him She part of an ancient Pyrovile spacecraft which she and her family thought were plans for future buildings. Later that day after her son and The Doctor had left to go to Lucius' house he summoned a Pyrovillian Foot soldier which attacked her family and killed one of their servants. On the day of the eruption she and her family huddled up as ash and rock fell on them. Donna while in the Tardis asked the Doctor to go and save them, so he rescued them in the tardis. She and her family plus The Doctor and Donna watched from afar on a hill as Pompeii was burried under ash and rock. Metella was the Wife of Caecilius and the mother of Quintus and Evelina. She was a woman that lived in Pompeii in 79 AD.
