Country of the Blind (short story) was a Third Doctor Brief Encounter published in the Doctor Who Yearbook 1993.
Summary
Having received an offer from CERN, a new research facility, Liz decides to say goodbye to the Third Doctor and leave UNIT. She finds this no easy task because Captain Mike Yates is redecorating the Doctor's lab and causing chaos.
