The Second Great and Bountiful Human Empire was a Human-ruled empire. By the 42nd century, it had spread throughout Mutter's Spiral and two other galaxies. By this time, Earth was a crowded planet. The currency of the Empire was the credit. (DW: Planet of the Ood)
- Most likely this was also the empire referred to which send out the Walker Expedition. No information on the Third Great and Bountiful Human Empire exists at this time. However, a Fourth Great and Bountiful Human Empire succeeded it, many thousands of years later.
