Miss Paget was Sir Reginald Styles's secretary. Inside Auderly House, she rushed into Sir Reginald's room when he called for help. Sir Reginald told her he was almost killed by a disappearing person, actually a guerrilla from an alternate 22nd century. She reported this incident to UNIT.
When Miss Paget started explaining what was going on to the Third Doctor, Jo and Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart, Sir Reginald stormed in, claiming he was just having a nightmare. (DW: Day of the Daleks)
