Helen Raynor is a story editor and writer on Doctor Who. She wrote Daleks in Manhattan and Evolution of the Daleks, consequently becoming the first woman to write a televised Dalek story. She also wrote The Sontaran Stratagem and The Poison Sky, thus also becoming the first woman to write a Sontaran story.
She has also written the Torchwood episodes Ghost Machine and To the Last Man.
