Pilgrim was a small Cardiff-based discussion group on metaphysical and philosophical run by Mark and Sarah Briscoe, to which the rogue Torchwood 3 member Suzie Costello belonged.

She used mind control and retcn to program one Pilgrim member, Max, into murdering the Briscoes, Alex Arwyn and to attempt to kill another member of Pilgrim, Lucie McKenzie, and Suzie herself had died. Costello had, in fact, used the Pilgrim mystery as bait so that Torchwood 3 would bring her back to life with the resurrection glove (TW: They Keep Killing Suzie).
