He drove the Doctor to the Rattigan Academy, where they encountered Luke Rattigan and General Staal. Ross claimed that Staal looked like a baked potato. After losing control of an ATMOS-controlled UNIT vehicle, he and The Doctor parted ways so that Jenkins could aquire another ATMOS-free vehicle to return them to UNIT's temporary headquarters. History
The name Jenkins appeared in (DW: The Daemons). It was another UNIT soldier, Tony Jenkins, who fired a gun at Bok. "Jenkin's, five Rounds rapid!" It is unknown if there is a character relation between Ross and Tony.
