Committee of Three was an investigative group during the Time of Chaos which consisted of Arcalian Provost Tepesh, Lady Ouida and Arata. This group was authorized by Gallifreyan inner council to look into the work of Rassilon, who at the time, was a cardinal. (BFA: Zagreus)
