The Webstar was the starship of the Empress of the Racnoss. It was made out of a thin, silk-like subtance strengthened by huon energy.

The Webstar was piloted by one Racnoss, typically the Empress. The ship could teleport this Racnoss to and from the surface of a planet and was capable of firing bolts of electricity from its eight points.

It was destroyed after its huon particles were depleted and British army tanks fired upon it on Christmas Eve 2007 (by the orders of the Master, under the pseudonym Harold Saxon). Its destruction caused the white material to float out of the sky like snow. (DW: The Runaway Bride)

Harold Saxon also made mention of the Webstar and the death and destruction it had caused during his address to the British people concerning the Toclafane. He referred to it as the Christmas Star. (DW: The Sound of Drums)

It is possible that any ship of similar design was called a "Webstar", making "Webstar" not the ship's name but the class of ship.
