David Wise wrote Forever, a 2011 installment of Big Finish's Gallifrey audio series.

Prior to his involvement in the DWU, Wise was a prolific writer of children's animation and live action shows from the 1970s to the 1990s in the United States. One of his first professional jobs was writing "How Sharper Than a Serpent's Tooth", an episode of Star Trek: The Animated Series.
