The Last Dalek is a BBC documentary looking at the making of DW: The Evil of the Daleks at Ealing Studios. It was released in the DVD box set Lost in Time.
It was re-released with the special edition of DW: Resurrection of the Daleks in the Revisitations 2 boxset.
