The Rep was a businessman from an unnamed corporation on the Ood Sphere in 4126. He and other corporation reps from all over the human Empire were gathered in a suite with a contingent of Ood when the Red-Eye virus took over the Ood. PR Director Solana Mercurio tried to evacuate them from the room, but the Rep refused. The Ood killed him with their translation spheres. (DW: Planet of the Ood)
