Cerulean Chapter

The Cerulean Chapter or College was one of the six Chapters of Time Lord society on Gallifrey. The colour of their robes were a subdued light blue. They had little political power. (PROSE: Lungbarrow)

• Creator Marc Platt says that he based this Chapter after the Green Party. The name cerulean has an obvious meaning.^{[statement unclear]}
