Glasshouse

The Glasshouse was originally a medical facility for soldiers who had nervous breakdowns as a result of alien encounters. It was later taken over by the C19 organisation, which was affiliated with UNIT. (MA: Who Killed Kennedy, The Scales of Injustice)

After the C-Day fiasco, Dodo Chaplet was entered into the Glasshouse, having been suffering from memory losses and fainting episodes ever since her mind was taken over by WOTAN. When she refused to give information to the then director about the Doctor, Dodo's memory was wiped and she was left on the streets. She was forced to seek shelter in a haflway house.
