I haven't watched this, but is it in-universe, like the 2005 Children in Need special, or OOU, like Dimensions in Time? Tardis1963 talk 12:42, May 26, 2012 (UTC)
- It's just aired and it features Amy and the Doctor, so it's presumably in-universe (by which I'm guessing, do we, for the purposes of this wiki, "count" it as canon) unless the admins change their minds. -- Tybort (talk page) 14:28, May 26, 2012 (UTC)
- To be clear, admins don't, or at least shouldn't, have any greater voice in Inclusion debates than any other user. We admins are (or, again, should be) just functionaries, enforcing the consensus of all active users. Of course, there's some overlap between the sets of "admins" and "most active users".
