Nilson

Nilson was an officer onboard Sea Base 4 and Vorshak's second-in-command. Like his accomplice Solow, he worked for the opposite side to the political alliance which had created the base, and used Maddox to commit sabotage. The Fifth Doctor blinded him with an ultraviolet generator, and he was shot and killed by the Sea Devils. (TV: Warriors of the Deep)
