Queen Victoria was a planet located in the New Earth System, along with New Earth, New Yugoslavia and Davy Crockett. The Daleks invaded the system and planned to destroy the system with neutron fire so that they could turn the system into a breeding ground for cloning Daleks. (DWM: Doctor Who and the Iron Legion)
