Panacea was a planet of healing. The Tenth Doctor was trying to take his new companion Majenta Pryce there, to heal her severe amnesia. (DWM: The Age of Ice, Ghosts of the Northern Line)

Events with the Crimson Hand remedied Majenta's amnesia before they could get there. (DWM: The Crimson Hand)
