Luvic was one of the five Consuls of Traken to the Keeper of Traken. He was a Trakenite, a man was a loyal member of the Traken council. When Melkur took over the Keepership, Luvic was still loyal to the council. After Melkur was defeated, he became the new Keeper of Traken. (TV: The Keeper of Traken)
