The Celesti fictional generator was a Gallifreyan device created by the Celestis. It was capable of altering reality in a fundamental way, allowing the user to break all sorts of laws of nature, turning imagination into reality. The generator was used to bring H. P. Lovecraft's Elder Things into existence around Twelve million years BC (PROSE: The Taking of Planet 5)
