Colonel Brimmicombe-Wood was a Colonel of UNIT and he was replaced by Colonel Mace. Brimmicombe-Wood was involved in a plot to undermine the government with ISIS. He faked his own kidnapping in order to create chaos in UNIT. He was imprisoned for his actions. (UNIT audio series)
