Paul Hunt was the person who, during the Orion War, revealed the existence of Project Scorpius to Karen Brett. (AUDIO: Scorpius) Later, when Brett disappeared after becoming President of Earth, he was appointed as emergency executive-in-chief. (AUDIO: Telos)
