Annabel Lake

Annabel Lake was a human who met the Doctor when she was a little girl. Her mother died shortly after their first meeting, and Annabel held a grudge against him since then. She became involved with an unknown organization with the codename of Cheshire and moved to Cornucopia with her father under the alias of a Toliakk called Miss Ghost.
