Benedict Sheerstock

Benedict Sheerstock was the director of station XZ49.
Director Sheerstock had some acquaintance with the Third Doctor. When the Doctor visited the station and was unable to convince Sandra Urtiman to let him talk to Zoe Heriot, he told her he would talk to "Benedict". Sheerstock gave the Doctor permission to not only talk to Zoe, but also offer her a job. (PROSE: The Tip of the Mind)
