Clown Acrobats

The Clown Acrobats were two clowns who performed with the Night Travellers. When film and cinema killed off the travelling shows, the clowns and the other Night Travellers were trapped on film. In 2009, Pearl and the Ghostmaker escaped the film and subsequently released the other Night Travellers, including the two clowns. Jack Harkness then filmed the Night Travellers on a film camera and exposed the untreated film to sunlight, destroying them. However, Jack also feared that the Night Travellers could return through other lost rolls of old film which contained them. (TV: From Out of the Rain)
