Stolen planets

Twenty-six planets and one moon were taken out of time and space and relocated to the Medusa Cascade by Davros and his new Dalek army for the reality bomb. Several references have been made to the "Missing Planets Arc" such as in Partners in Crime, The Fires of Pompeii and Midnight.
The stolen planet include:-
All twenty seven planets were returned home by the Doctor, Meta-Crisis Tenth Doctor and Donna Noble.
