In the year 2132 one of the first human colonies, Proxima 2, was having trouble as the native Proximans were dying out. The Eighth Doctor and Sam posed as Earth investigators and found out that the Face-Eater was killing the Proximans. The Proximans managed to destroy it, but unfortunately also doomed their own race in the process. (PROSE: The Face-Eater)
