Beta-4 was an Auton in the form of a child. It was responsible for the deaths of Derek, Captain Tess Tilbrook, Bob and Jeff. It died when the Tenth Doctor destroyed the Nestene Consciousness, deactivating it. (PROSE: Autonomy)
