Plastrodus 14 was a planet whose inhabitants were affected by the Time Lords, like Minyos and Klist. After the Time Lord's intervention, the inhabitants were all driven mad. (DW: The Quantum Archangel)
- The Doctor also described Plastrodus 14 as a "starlit ring", which may mean that Plastrodus 14 isn't a true planet.
