Malpha

Malpha was one of the representatives on the Galactic Council that planned to conquer the Solar System with the aid of the Daleks. After he was betrayed by the Daleks, the Doctor convinced him to go back to his own people and warn them about the Daleks' invasion plans.
Malpha had a face covered with a network of dark veins, resembling a patchwork.
Behind the Scenes
Some confusion has arisen over the fact that Bryan Mosley acted in The Daleks' Master Plan under the names of Bryan Mosely, Brian Edwards and Buddy Windrush, meaning that different episodes of the serial apparently credit a different actor as the actor who played Malpha.
