500 years

The length of time from the Thousand Year War to the events of TV: The Daleks being 500 years was stated both by a Dalek and by a Thal in TV: The Daleks. Surely that's evidence enough to state that 500 years elapsed in the regular text under Aftermath? Andbeonetraveler ☎ 20:27, June 17, 2013 (UTC)

I would like to point out this articles which show Terry Nation getting a idea that make both radio time one and the tv century 21. and it heavily that both of the short story and comic is part of a discontinuity.

Hair

The article reflects the usual idea that Thals are blonde-haired, but Genesis of the Daleks shows several dark-haired ones. Maybe it's not as conclusive in-story as we out-of-story tend to think? --MissRatbat ☎ 12:02, 20 June 2021 (UTC)
