Bellotron was a primitive planet that had a culture based on suspicion and gods. It was a grade one protected planet; neither the Rutans nor the Sontarans could land there without breaking a treaty. It had an elliptical orbit that took it through both Rutan and Sontaran space. (AUDIO: The Bellotron Incident)
