Bulis Mietok was the chair of the Galactic Union's security council and dismissed Siy Tarkov's and Georgi Selestru's claims that the Daleks were back. He told Georgi that the woman he thought was Amur Tarkov was an imposter. He also asked after Galanar. (AUDIO: The Survivors) He was told about the Demon and how they were used. (AUDIO: The Demons)
