Beaus was a Galactic Council member. He wore a pressure suit and a helmet with an antenna on top. (DW: Mission to the Unknown) He had been persuaded to join the alliance by Zephon. He was later shot and killed by the Council's would-be leader, Mavic Chen. (DW: The Daleks' Master Plan)
